The Department of Education and Recruitment is the government department responsible for managing the government's education and information strategy, and recruiting new personnel to the government and military.

 

As of March 2017, this department is responsible to the Minister Ella Fursman MoC, and currently employs zero special advisors and support staff.

News and updates

2nd March 2017: We reported at the cabinet meeting that the government now has twenty-two members on the payroll, including twelve daily or near-daily contributors to the project

 

24th February 2017: Ministerial Responsibilities Act, including the Duality of Posts Act, is passed by the cabinet

Personnel and policy

Our department is headed by Ella Fursman Member of Cabinet, one of the original founders of Glastieve.

 

The Department for Education and Recruitment's most important role in the government is to uphold the principle - as well as the letter - of the Duality of Posts Act 2017 (now merged into the Ministerial Responsibilities Act), in ensuring that the government remains a politically active entity and that the micronation remains a social community
